Katy Hicks is an experienced Event Manager currently leading high-impact marketing events for Pegasystems as part of the Global Events Team. With a career spanning over a decade, Katy has held key positions at Connection, where responsibilities included managing large-scale customer-facing events and ensuring exceptional service and performance in attendee satisfaction and budget management. Prior roles include Executive Meetings Manager at Ocean Properties, where Katy specialized in group room sales and event logistics across multiple hotels, as well as supervisory positions at Residence Inn and Starwood Hotels & Resorts. Katy holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Administration from Boston University.
