Kelly Cross

Kelly Cross has extensive experience in UX design and graphic design, currently serving as Manager of UX Design for GTM Demo Production at Pegasystems since March 2014. In this role, Kelly blends design and development to create demos that support sales campaigns, collaborating with various teams to develop technical solutions. In addition to work at Pegasystems, Kelly operates as a freelance identity designer through Kcross Design, with a notable client being Build It Green N.E. Previous positions include Graphic Designer at UpToDate, where Kelly designed information graphics for the medical community, and at North of Boston Media Group, focusing on advertisement design for print media. Kelly's early experience includes an internship at the Institute for Human Centered Design. Educational credentials include a Web Development Certificate from Boston University and a BFA in Communication Design from the University at Buffalo.
