LaDeva Hindman, RMCP, is a Senior Resource Specialist at Pegasystems, where they analyze customer needs and manage project staffing. Previously, they served as a Global Senior Resource Planning Specialist at UKG, fulfilling staffing requests and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
