Laura Burns

Laura Burns is an experienced technology attorney with over five years of corporate contracting experience and a focus on technology contracts, particularly software and SaaS license agreements. They are currently a Business Officer and Counsel at Pegasystems after previously serving as Commercial and Contracts Counsel at Cogito Corp. Laura began their career in various roles, including an IT Sourcing/Contracts Manager at Express Scripts and an intern at Saint Louis University’s Center for Clinical Studies. They received a JD from Saint Louis University School of Law and a BA from Saint Louis University.
