Mark Davies

Mark Davies is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in AI and analytics-powered solutions, currently serving as Senior Director of Business Excellence at Pegasystems since November 2010. Mark has held various leadership roles at Pegasystems, including Senior Director of Industry Solutions and Director of Industry Solutions, where responsibilities involved shaping go-to-market strategies and driving sales growth within the Communications and Media industry. Prior to Pegasystems, Mark managed significant projects in customer value management at Everything Everywhere Ltd and held various consulting and management positions at Verizon, Chariot PLC, Three UK Ltd, Accenture, and EDS.
