Mark Tibbetts

Mark Tibbetts is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in incident management and IT consulting. Currently serving as a Major Incident Manager at Pegasystems since August 2022, Mark provides critical incident management support for high-priority incidents affecting both internal and external clients. Previously, as a Principal Escalation Manager and Senior Director of Incident Management at Broadridge, Mark oversaw IT incident management for national and global accounts while managing cross-organizational teams. Mark founded AMCAM Consulting, where consulting services included operational and IT process evaluation. With a background in technical project management at Sprint, and as a Network Specialist in the US Army, Mark has consistently demonstrated leadership and expertise in service delivery and operational assurance.
