Matthew Bourgeois

Matthew Bourgeois is a Principal People Analytics Partner at Pegasystems since March 2019. Before that, Matthew was a Network Associate at Achievement Network (ANet) where Matthew supported a data-driven team culture. Matthew also worked as a Social Studies Teacher and Coach at Sharon Public Schools and Sharon High School. In the past, Matthew was a History Teacher at Boston Public Schools and a Cluster Substitute. Matthew started their career as a Photo Center Specialist at Walmart LLC. Matthew holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of New Hampshire and a Licensure in Education from Bridgewater State University.
