Michelle Mitchell

Michelle Mitchell is a highly experienced professional with a career spanning over three decades in product management, collections, and risk management. Currently serving as a Fellow and Collections Specialist at Pegasystems since April 2010, Michelle previously held senior roles at Chordiant and HBOS, where responsibilities included leading product management and collections risk management teams. Notable positions also include Senior Principal at Fair Isaac and Principal Consultant at American Management Systems. Michelle began her career as a Best Practice Analyst at GE Capital and has a BA Honours in Management Studies from the University of Leeds.
