Molly Brais has extensive experience in federal sales and customer success within the technology sector, holding various leadership roles across multiple organizations. At Pegasystems from January 2020 to April 2022, Brais served as Director of Federal Sales and Customer Success, overseeing teams that supported federal law enforcement and critical infrastructure accounts. Prior to this, Brais was a Senior Federal Account Executive at Pegasystems, collaborating with agencies such as HHS and the Department of Education. Brais also held the position of Federal Director for Civilian Agencies at Cellebrite, focusing on digital forensics solutions for federal law enforcement. Earlier career achievements include roles at BlackBerry, overseeing federal accounts and providing enterprise mobile data security solutions, and at Iron Bow Technologies, managing accounts for key federal agencies. Brais holds a degree from Marycrest International University and completed secondary education at Wahlert High School.
