Philip Wang is a Principal UX Researcher at Pegasystems, where they advocate for user experience research and collaborate with product teams to inform strategic direction. Prior to their current role, they served as a Senior UX Designer and Senior UX Researcher at Pegasystems, leading design efforts and conducting research to enhance user understanding. Philip holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from the Massachusetts College of Art and a Master of Science in Human Factors in Information Design from Bentley University.
