Printes Duncan is the Managing Director of North America FSI Sales at Pegasystems, specializing in helping customers achieve digital transformation through strategic sales leadership. With over 20 years of experience across enterprise, commercial, healthcare, public, and higher education sales, Printes has consistently exceeded operating plans over $200M while fostering a culture of achievement and collaboration. Previously, Printes served as a Senior Adjunct Professor of Finance at Shorter University for 20 years, earning the Instructor of the Year award four times. Printes holds an MBA in Finance from Mercer University and was recognized in the 2019 class of '50 Under 50' at Alabama State University for professional and community achievements.
