Rekha Rani has over 20 years of professional experience in software engineering and architecture. At Pegasystems, Rekha served as a Senior Software Engineering Manager from July 2013 to July 2021, leading a 15-20 member cross-functional team and driving successful platform transitions while focusing on scalable architecture and full SDLC alignment. Prior roles at Pegasystems included Senior Software Engineer, where Rekha designed an application conclusion cache that significantly improved application performance, and Senior Product Manager, responsible for launching Autopilot and developing Collaboration Pulse.
