Rick Balkind is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales enablement and commercial strategy. Currently serving as the Commercial Strategy Enablement Director at Pegasystems since March 2005, Rick Balkind focuses on enhancing the effectiveness of the commercial team, coaching sellers, and integrating with the Go-To-Market Enablement function. Previous roles at Pegasystems include Director of Sales Enablement and Effectiveness, Senior Manager of Sales Enablement & Methodology, and Sales Operations Manager, where Rick Balkind consistently drove sales improvement and contributed to significant growth in pipeline and sales effectiveness.
