Robert Bollard PSM is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in public sector innovation and technology. Currently serving as Senior Director and Industry Principal for the Public Sector APJ at Pegasystems since September 2020, Robert previously held significant roles at IP Australia, including CIO and General Manager of the Innovation and Technology Group, where responsibilities included overseeing major business transformations. Robert’s career at IP Australia also featured leadership in multiple capacities, such as General Manager of the Customer Operations Group and Director of various strategic and quality management initiatives.
