Sampath Kumar

Sampath Kumar is an engineering leader and technologist with over 17 years of experience specializing in enterprise and embedded software development, enterprise architecture, and program management. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at Pegasystems, they lead a team to design and develop high-quality digital demo assets. Sampath has previously held roles at companies such as Polycom, where they implemented critical interoperability features and transformed teams to utilize Agile methodologies, significantly enhancing product features and quality. They hold a Master of Technology in Embedded Systems and a Bachelor of Technology in ECE from JNTUH and JNTUA colleges, respectively.
