Scott Kennedy has extensive experience in product management and customer relationship management (CRM). Scott began their career at EnergyOne in 1997 as a Director for Customer Care, responsible for various customer care operations. Scott then moved to Sprint in 1998, taking on the role of Senior Product Manager for Call Center Solutions, where they managed multiple projects and implemented network-based strategies. In 2000, Kennedy joined Amdocs as a Principal CRM Consultant, providing expertise in CRM for over a decade. Since 2012, they have been working at Pegasystems as a Principal Product Manager for CRM, where they have been involved in product planning, strategy, design, implementation, and sales support. Scott has also gained experience in Agile/SCRUM methodologies, AI, and product management mentoring.
Scott Kennedy obtained their MBA in Business Administration from Baker University in Baldwin, KS from 1995 to 1997. Prior to that, they earned a B.A. in Economics from the University of Missouri-Columbia, where they studied from 1982 to 1986. Scott also pursued a degree in Economics with a focus on Business at the University of Missouri during the same period. Additionally, Scott Kennedy obtained a certification in "15 Secrets Successful People Know about Time Management (getAbstract Summary)" from LinkedIn in October 2020.
