Shankar Krishnamurthy

Shankar Krishnamurthy is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in application architecture and solutions design. Currently serving as Lead Application Architect at Pegasystems since January 2021, Shankar leads the Finance applications team. Concurrently, Shankar works as a Solutions Architect for American Express, focusing on strategic roadmap development, functional solutions design, and bridging business needs with technological capabilities, while also being a subject matter expert in various areas including client onboarding and compliance. Previously, from January 2014 to March 2015, Shankar was the Lead Architect at Morgan Stanley, overseeing the Client Onboarding team for Pega projects, and earlier held the position of Principal Software Engineer at Pegasystems where Shankar led projects in project and test management. Shankar's educational background includes a Business Analytics program from The Wharton School, an Executive Certificate in Management from the University of Virginia, and a Master of Computer Applications from Madurai Kamaraj University.
