Sharon Rowlands

Sharon Rowlands is currently a board member at Pegasystems. Sharon has also previously served as CEO of Altegrity, Newfold digital, and Web.comgroup. In addition, they have been an independent board director for Constant Contact and ADP.

Rowlands began their career in the marketing industry, working for USATODAY network marketing solutions. Sharon then transitioned to the role of CEO at Penton Media. During their time as CEO, they successfully restructured the company from a holding company to three distinct business units: HireRight, USIS, and Kroll.

In January 2010, Rowlands became an independent board director and head of the compensation committee for Constant Contact. In this role, they supported the executive team in driving shareholder value by transitioning the company from an email marketing business to an online marketing business for small businesses.

Rowlands has a proven track record as a successful CEO and board member. Sharon is an expert in the field of marketing and has a deep understanding of how to drive shareholder value.
