Sheena Murry has a diverse range of work experience spanning various industries and roles. Starting in 2005, they worked as a Division Support Specialist at the Georgia Department of Education, where they provided support in grant application preparation, contract payment processing, and budget preparation. In 2007, they joined the Georgia Department of Corrections, where they served as a Business Manager & Contract Specialist, overseeing contract administration and negotiation for the medical unit and implementing continuous process improvement plans. Sheena also held the role of Administrative Operations Coordinator, managing the department's budget and leading cross-functional teams. In 2008, they worked as an English as a Second Language Instructor at the Asian American Resource Center, engaging ESL students and facilitating workshops. Sheena then joined Optima Health in 2014 as a Senior Business Analyst, providing implementation and support for quality initiatives in healthcare. Currently, they are working at Pegasystems, where they have held the positions of Senior Business Architect and Lead Business Architect, collaborating with clients and technical teams to develop high-quality deliverables and consult on best practices.

Sheena Murry, MPA, CPBA, PSM, PSPO, obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Tuskegee University from 2000 to 2004. Sheena then pursued a Masters degree in Public Administration from Troy University from 2005 to 2006.

In addition to their formal education, Sheena Murry has also obtained several certifications. In March 2019, they completed the course "Nathan Shedroff on Design Strategy and the Merging of Business and Design" from LinkedIn. In February 2019, they completed the course "Learning SQL Programming" from LinkedIn. In April 2016, they obtained certifications in "Agile Project Management with Microsoft Project," "Business Analysis Foundations," and "Project Management Foundations: Integration" from LinkedIn. In March 2013, they obtained the "Six Sigma Green Belt" certification from Value Train.
