Sheren Dhillon

Sheren Dhillon has extensive experience in sales operations and management across multiple organizations, currently serving as Director of Sales Operations EMEA at Pegasystems since January 2019. Prior to this role, Sheren held various positions at CA Technologies from September 2014 to December 2018, culminating in the position of Sales Operations Lead EMEA North Region, where responsibilities included promoting organizational change and providing operational support. Sheren's earlier experience at Hewlett-Packard from July 2010 to September 2014 involved leading sales transformation initiatives for the UK Public Sector and managing strategic sales operations across EMEA. Sheren holds a BSc Hons degree in Business Management from King's College London, graduated in 2009.
