Smriti Mathur

Smriti Mathur serves as Vice President People India and Global Talent Advisory Partner at Pegasystems since February 2021, leading people strategy to foster a high-performance culture while managing global employee relations and performance management. Additionally, Smriti holds the position of Global Co-Chair for Women@Pega, focusing on career development and social impact initiatives. Prior to Pegasystems, Smriti was Senior Director & Head of Human Resources at Deloitte India from April 2014 to February 2021, where responsibilities included driving talent strategy and acquisition across various service sectors. Previous experience also includes roles at Microsoft, where Smriti contributed to global staffing strategies and core HR programs. Educationally, Smriti holds a Global Executive MBA from the Indian School of Business and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management.
