Sonakshi is currently a Lead Business Architect at Pegasystems, focusing on a Healthcare project application utilizing Pega Customer Service for Healthcare. Previously, Sonakshi held the position of Senior Business Architect, where work included a Customer Onboarding solution for the Manufacturing domain and a Customer Service application for the Travel Industry. Prior experience at Infosys spanned from Senior Consultant to Associate Consultant roles, with a focus on Pega implementations for a Global Service Provider and a New Zealand bank. Earlier in the career, Sonakshi worked as a Software Engineer at Accenture Technology Solutions, contributing to the DSL project for AT&T. Sonakshi holds an MBA in Finance and IT-Ops from Great Lakes Institute of Management and a degree in Biomedical Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology.
