Steve Herrmann

Steve Herrmann is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality management and engineering. Currently serving as a Warranty Domain Consultant at Pegasystems since October 2017, Steve previously worked at Toyota North America from August 1996 to June 2017 as a Senior Engineer, where significant contributions were made to North American Supplier Quality Management strategies, including the development of a QC Lifecycle Management suite and a Supplier Product Master for Quality. Prior to Toyota, Steve held positions at NYK Line as a Senior Sales Associate and at the California Language Institute as an ESL Instructor in Japan. Steve holds a B.A. in Asian Studies and Political Science from the University of Cincinnati and attended the University of Hawaii at Manoa for graduate studies in Japanese Studies.
