Susan Steinhauser

Susan Steinhauser is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in healthcare and technology sectors. Susan held the position of Product Manager in R&D Life Sciences & Pharma at HP from September 2011 to May 2012 and worked as a Business Analyst at EDS Corporation from November 1989 to September 2009. After a brief role as a Systems Analyst at Accenture from November 2012 to February 2013, Susan became a Lead Healthcare Domain Consultant at Pegasystems in July 2018, where responsibilities include providing healthcare expert services and engaging with clients on strategic applications. Prior to this, Susan was a Business Analyst at Hewlett-Packard from September 2009 to September 2011, focusing on ICD-10 project business design for Medicaid accounts. Educated at the University of the Incarnate Word with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Susan retired in May 2021.
