Tejas Naik

Tejas Naik, MBA, is an accomplished Chief Architect specializing in Automation, Data & AI Modernization at Pegasystems since October 2011, overseeing AI and cloud transformation initiatives for key clients. Previous roles at Pegasystems include Director of Customer Engineering, where Tejas led a diverse team to execute digital transformation programs for Fortune 500 companies, and Director of Digital Transformation within Consulting, focusing on comprehensive architecture and delivery for Fortune 100 customers. Prior to Pegasystems, Tejas served as Sr. Manager of Software Engineering at Neustar, Inc., leading teams to develop Local Number Portability solutions, and as Software Engineering Team Lead, responsible for delivering complex J2EE and C++ products in the communications sector. Tejas holds an Executive MBA in Management of Technology from Georgia Tech Scheller College of Business and a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from Dharmsinh Desai University.
