Tim Martel

Tim Martel is a Senior Director of Product Engineering at Pegasystems, where since March 2003, responsibilities have included leading the Digital Experience Innovation Lab to prototype new platform capabilities and create customer-relevant proofs of concept. Martel has driven technology awareness within the Product Engineering organization through various initiatives and has collaborated with customers to enhance project implementation and adoption of new features. Previously, at AP Engines, Martel served as Vice President of Engineering, overseeing the development of a BPM workflow engine for the cable and telecommunications industry, and earlier worked as a Software Engineering Consultant for WellSpring Technology Consulting, where contributions were made to an electronic whiteboard product line. Martel holds a Master's degree in Computer Engineering from Brandeis University and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
