Tim Odeh

Tim Odeh is a highly experienced professional in the field of customer engagement and business excellence, currently serving as a Senior Director – Global Practice Manager at Pegasystems since October 2011. In this role, Tim Odeh oversees the Practice Management function for the Customer Decision Hub product, focusing on enhancing the speed and quality of Pega and partner delivery through operationalizing initiatives related to implementation and client success. Previously, Tim Odeh held various positions at Pegasystems, including EMEA Director of Business Excellence and Principal Sales Consultant, where responsibilities included driving business success and specializing in the sales of the Next Best Action Decisioning product. Prior to Pegasystems, Tim Odeh worked as a CRM consultant at Accenture and held consulting roles in e-business and business intelligence at Sabic Europe and Akzo Nobel Surface Chemistry. Tim Odeh earned a Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and Management Science, with a focus on Analytical Marketing, from Eindhoven University of Technology from 1999 to 2005.
