Tripp Pulliam

Tripp Pulliam, MBA, CSSA, CSM is a Senior Architect at Pegasystems, responsible for designing and building enterprise application components while providing consultative guidance on project assignments. Previously, Tripp served as IT Director for Call Centers and Commercial Operations at Merial, overseeing business relationship management and IS projects for North America. In an earlier role as IT Director, Head of Global CRM, Tripp led the rollout of Microsoft Dynamics CRM across 29 countries. Tripp also managed a global group of application developers as Director of Global Application Development, advocating for Microsoft Windows technologies, and contributed as a Senior Developer by architecting global solutions and mentoring junior developers. Education includes a Master of Business Administration from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business.
