Billy Chen is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software development and project management. Currently serving as a Director at Pegatron since December 2007, Billy leads over 20 developers in Android ODM/JDM/EMS projects, focusing on BSP design management, software architecture review, and enhancing software development processes through various tools. Previous roles include Deputy Section Manager at ASUS, where responsibilities included low-level driver development for multiple ICs, and Software Engineer at Wistron, specializing in VoIP phone and display driver development. Billy holds a Master's degree from National Taiwan University of Science and Technology, contributing a strong academic foundation to a robust professional background in the tech industry.
