Mico Chen

Mico Chen is currently the Deputy Director at 和碩聯合, overseeing engineering and developing line proposals for new product introductions. Previously, Mico held roles as Project Manager and Engineering Manager at SHL Group AB, where they managed teams and led product development in the medical device sector. Mico also served as a Project Manager at Altek Corporation, facilitating design transfers and quality control for diabetes products. Earlier in their career, Mico was a Mechanical Design Leader at Mediland Enterprise Corporation, leading the development of medical products. Mico is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from National Chung Hsing University and a Master's degree in Power Mechanical Engineering from National Tsing Hua University.
