Rico holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Universitas Katolik Parahyangan (UNPAR), where academic pursuits were complemented by practical experience as a Laboratory Assistant for both Introduction to Chemical Engineering Laboratory I and II, guiding numerous students in laboratory procedures and safety. Rico further developed skills during a brief internship at PT. Asia Cocoa Indonesia, focusing on the production processes of cocoa products and performing pertinent yield calculations. Currently, as an Industrial Engineer at Pegatron, Rico implements Lean Manufacturing principles to enhance productivity and reduce costs, analyzes production methods, identifies and documents processes, and manages relevant data in SAP.
