Richard W. Walker, Jr. MD, MBA, is a Vietnam veteran and seasoned healthcare professional born and raised in Spanish Harlem, NY. With over 20 years of experience in Obstetrics and Gynecology, Richard transitioned to Functional and Environmental Medicine for 15 years and became certified in Functional Medicine through the Institute for Functional Medicine. Currently, Richard serves as the CEO/Founder of TVP-Care, a company focused on re-engineering primary care to improve healthcare outcomes for seniors and chronically ill patients, and as the Chief Clinical Officer at Pegwin Patient Safety Innovation. Richard holds multiple degrees, including an MD from Albert Einstein College of Medicine and an MBA with distinction from the Jack Welch Management Institute.
