Michael Kearney

Michael Kearney has been involved in franchising since 1984 and played a significant role in introducing Snap to Ireland, where they served as Director until 2023, overseeing 23 centres offering design, marketing, and print services. In 2005, they co-founded Home Instead Senior Care, which now operates 24 offices nationwide, providing essential services for older individuals. Michael serves as a Non-Executive Director at European Green Transition and PEI Surgical while mentoring through MKL. They managed the Ireland Under 20 team from 2009 to 2011 and were a finalist in the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year in 2009.
