David Chance

David Chance is an experienced professional in the injection moulding field, currently serving as Injection Moulding Manager at Pektron since July 2022. Previously, David held various roles at Triumph Motorcycles Limited from July 2013 to July 2022, including Mould Tool Development Engineer and Mould Shop Production Engineer, where responsibilities included global oversight of moulded components and supplier support across Europe and Asia. David's extensive background encompasses process optimization, robotic optimization, and tools and materials trials gained across multiple roles, including Process Engineer at Lawrence Automotive Ltd and Shift Process Engineer at International Automotive Components. Early career experiences include management positions at DeepStream Technologies and Ecomold Ltd, alongside engineering leadership at Linpac Automotive Ltd and Linpac Mouldings. David holds an HNC in Polymer Technology from London Metropolitan University and an ONC in Mechanical Engineering from Dunstable College.
