Pelagos Pharmaceuticals is developing a new class of therapeutics called "exercise mimetics" that modulate metabolic, mitochondrial and contractile pathways seen in health-promoting aerobic exercise.  Our molecules are being specifically designed to address some of society’s most costly diseases including obesity, heart failure, cognitive decline and muscle wasting/frailty syndromes - with the ultimate goal of extending human healthspan & longevity.  

We are a seed-stage biotechnology startup with two active preclinical first-in-class discovery programs currently in the LEAD-to-IND phase.
