Michael Schlageter

Michael Schlageter is an accomplished sales leader with extensive experience in the security industry, currently serving as the Director of Sales for the North America Southeast Regional Sales Team at Pelco since 2017. Throughout a progressive career at Pelco, Michael has held various leadership roles including Director of Sales for the North America East and National Director of Business Development, where responsibilities included driving demand, fostering channel partnerships, and achieving growth targets. Prior to joining Pelco, Michael worked at Langbaum Associates, Inc. as a Sales Operations Manager and Security Sales Engineer, supporting a network of integrators and end users in the video security market. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Management from the University of Rhode Island.
