Andrew Morris has over 8 years of professional experience. Andrew began their career in 2011 as the Founder and CEO of CTWcauses, where they traveled to China to source and manufacture electronic products to be sold and designed a business model for distributing portion of sold items to fund different charitable causes. In 2013, they co-founded and became the CEO of POUNDit AJ Inc., where they created a detailed wireframes for the user flow of the mobile application, designed individual screenshots of each screen as well as all graphic design elements such as icons and buttons using photoshop, and used Objective-C and resources and GitHub to code the mobile application. In 2015, they became an iOS Developer and Lead Designer at DoCube, where they created a detailed wireframe of the iOS application, designed the entire UX using Sketch for Mac, and used Swift programming language to code the mobile application. Later in 2015, they participated in the District 3 Innovation Centre's 24 week accelerator program dedicated to helping entrepreneurs. In 2016, they became the VP Sales at Portal Vision, where they cold-called and emailed real estate agents to offer virtual reality tours, met with agents to negotiated pricing as well as schedule the best time for an appointment, drove to agent listings to meet maintain relationship with the client and ensure that the virtual reality tours met the company's quality standards, and recorded videos and testimonials of agents who worked with them and were satisfied with the product. In 2017, they became the Director of Client Relations at Pelcro and an Entrepreneurship Consultant at Champlain College, where they designed and created a 3-year entrepreneurship program with a detailed course descriptions, worked closely with college director and chairman to champion the first entrepreneurship program in a CEGEP, and built an incubator space to support entrepreneurial enthusiasm amongst students. Andrew also became an Entrepreneur and Program Graduagate at the McGill X-1 Accelerator, where they were selected to travel to All Demo Days in Montreal, Boston, San Francisco, Toronto, and New York City in the Fall of 2017.

Andrew Morris began their education in 2000 at the American International School in Egypt, where they obtained a Grade 10. Andrew then attended Kells Academy from 2011 to 2012, where they earned their High School Diploma. Following this, they attended CEGEP Champlain from 2012 to 2014, and obtained a College Degree in Commerce. Finally, from 2014 to 2017, they attended McGill University's Desautels Faculty of Management and earned a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting and Finance. In April 2017, they also obtained an Inbound Sales Certification from HubSpot.
