Eli Shalmon

Eli Shalmon is a seasoned professional in the horticulture and agricultural sectors with extensive experience in marketing and operations. As the Co-founder, Partner, and International Marketing Manager at Pelemix LTD since January 1999, Eli Shalmon oversees global marketing and sales operations for coir substrates, managing teams across five continents. Prior to this role, Eli served as General Manager at KATIF Ornamental & Indoor Nurseries from 1991 to 1998 and held the position of CEO at KATIF Tomato Greenhouse from 1986 to 1990. Eli Shalmon earned a degree from Bar-Ilan University between 1997 and 2001 and holds a High School Diploma from Nechalim.
