Windish David

Windish David has extensive experience in network management and systems engineering, currently serving as the NMS Department Manager at Pelephone since 2002, where responsibilities encompass project management, design, implementation, and system integration for various management systems. Prior to Pelephone, Windish held similar managerial roles in the NMS and OSS departments at Ofek the New World from 2000 to 2001, and at ATL (currently Ness TSG) from 1985 to 1999, where Windish was a Software Manager. Academic qualifications include studies at Recanati Business School from 1980 to 1982 and attendance at Tel Aviv University.
