We create high-quality homes across the East Midlands, with deep expertise in affordable housing and sustainable, fabric‑first design.

Uniquely, we operate within NCHA, a registered provider, giving us unparalleled insight into RP and local authority priorities, procurement routes and delivery pressures.

This insider knowledge helps us create realistic, value‑driven solutions that truly work for clients. Alongside architectural design, we offer full project support, including Development Services, Employer’s Agent and Clerk of Works, streamlining delivery through one integrated team.

Our mission is to design sustainable, efficient, community‑focused homes where people can thrive.
