Established in 1993, Pelham Structures is a family-run property developer based in Clavering, a small village on the Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire and Essex border. This location gives us direct access to all our primary service areas, including Bishop’s Stortford, Cambridge, Hertford, Royston and Saffron Walden.

As an experienced property developer, house builder and pioneer of self-build and custom homes, we have built a reputation over the past 26 years for building bespoke timber frame homes, which blend traditional styles with modern living. This expertise also allows us to provide trusted services as a planning consultant on projects of any size.
