Marcus Edwards

Marcus Edwards has over three decades of experience in the geographical information systems (GIS) industry, currently serving as Director at PelicanCorp Pty Ltd since October 2006, focusing on strategic business development for the UK and Ireland markets and exploring European expansion opportunities. Prior to this role, Marcus played a significant part in merging Dryden Technologies, Mapsexplorer, and DigSAFE into PelicanCorp. Earlier career highlights include serving as Chair of Data & Reporting at USAG, directing operations at Dryden Technologies where the DigSAFE OneCall product was developed, and holding the position of Branch Manager at MapInfo following the acquisition of Peripheral Systems, where Marcus began as a Systems Engineer.
