Jonathan Acquaviva has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Jonathan is currently the Co-Founder of Pelicargo, a logistics-tech company specializing in digitalizing air cargo. Prior to this, they served as a Delta V Entrepreneur at the Martin Trust Center for MIT Entrepreneurship. Jonathan also pursued an MBA as an MIT Sloan Fellow at MIT Sloan School of Management. Before entering the tech and entrepreneurship field, Jonathan worked at Schlumberger, where they held multiple roles including Performance Live - Business Development Manager, Project & Account Manager, Field Service Manager, Senior Field Engineer, and Field Engineer. In these roles, they managed drilling projects across multiple countries in West Africa and led teams of engineers.

Jonathan Acquaviva completed their education in a chronological progression. Starting in 2004, they attended Cornell University where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering. Jonathan successfully completed their undergraduate studies in 2008. Following this, from 2008 to 2009, they enrolled in Cornell University once again to earn a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) degree, specializing in Engineering/Industrial Management. Finally, in 2020, they joined the MIT Sloan School of Management to further enhance their academic qualifications by pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General. This particular program concluded in 2021.
