Faustine Bernard

Faustine Bernard is currently the Head of Demand Generation at Pelico, managing a four-person team and leading the company's multi-channel demand generation and ABM strategy. With 12 years of marketing experience and 8 years in B2B sales across various sectors including tech and retail, Faustine has successfully implemented B2B marketing strategies that significantly contributed to pipeline creation. Previously serving as the EMEA Demand Generation Marketing Director at Salsify, Faustine excelled in data-driven strategic marketing execution and lead generation. Faustine also held roles in project management, consulting, and product management at notable companies, consistently demonstrating strong leadership and sales development skills. Faustine earned a Master’s degree in Entrepreneurship from HEC School of Management and completed an Executive Education program in Leadership at HEC Paris in 2023.
