Inès Brasset

Inès Brasset is a seasoned professional in customer operations and management, currently serving as Lead Customer Operations at Pelico since January 2025. Prior experience includes the role of Chief Operating Officer at ImVitro, where Inès led a team managing customer success, sales, and marketing while driving international expansion of AI-based software. Inès has a strong background in customer relationship management, having successfully increased customer satisfaction at ImVitro and previously at Diadeis sgsco as Lead Customer Success Manager. Inès holds a Master of Engineering from Centrale Lyon and an MSc in Management from Imperial College London, alongside earlier educational achievements in scientific studies.
