Laure Renard

Laure Renard is a Strategy and Operations Manager at Pelico since 2025. They previously held key roles at various organizations, including serving as Chief of Staff to the CEO and Head of Sales at StaffMe Academy, where they significantly contributed to the company's growth. Laure co-founded Los Caminos Optimistas in 2018, working with associations focused on social and professional integration for underserved families. They also provided consultancy for Mobilize Invest, a social impact investment firm, and have experience in asset management with Klépierre. Laure earned a Master's in Management from HEC Paris, majoring in Sustainability and Social Innovation.
