Thomas Desmarest

Thomas Desmarest is a multifaceted professional with extensive experience in industrial management, manufacturing, and engineering. Currently serving as a firefighter for the Service départemental d'incendie et de secours des Bouches-du-Rhône (SDIS 13) since March 2024, Thomas also leads the industrial transfers program at Pellenc Group since October 2021, focusing on optimizing production line transfers. Previously, Thomas spent nearly a decade at Faurecia, progressing through roles such as Program Manufacturing Leader and Manufacturing Supervisor, where responsibilities included design for manufacturing and compliance with quality and safety standards. Additional experience includes engineering roles at Altran France and PSA Peugeot Citroën, with a strong educational background featuring an MBA from Strong Educacional and an engineering degree from Grenoble INP - UGA.
