Jake House

Jake House is an experienced Building Surveyor with a career spanning over a decade in the surveying field. Since December 2022, Jake has been employed at Pellings as a Building Surveyor, following a brief tenure at Osborn Associates. Prior experience includes roles at Optivo as a Project Surveyor and Clarion Housing Group as a Surveyor. Earlier career positions encompassed various surveying roles at Aviva, AmicusHorizon Ltd, and The Salvation Army, including positions such as Surveyor Contract Manager and Maintenance Surveyor. Jake holds a BSc in Property Management (Building Surveying) from London South Bank University, completed in 2008.
