Nigel Goddard has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several decades. Nigel has held various roles in different companies, showcasing their expertise in different areas of construction and professional services.
Starting in 1980, Nigel worked as a Building Surveyor for the Greater London Council, gaining broad experience in all aspects of building surveying. Nigel handled projects in commercial, industrial, community, education, and residential properties.
Moving forward, from 1991 to 2010, Nigel worked in Baily Garner LLP, progressing from a Senior Building Surveyor to becoming an Equity Member and later a Non-Equity Partner/Member. In these positions, they formulated and executed successful business plans, led mixed professional teams for urban regeneration programs, and delivered high levels of profitability and client satisfaction.
From 2010 to 2011, Nigel worked as a Business Development Manager for Kinetics Group Limited, where they provided strategic direction to the bid team and played a crucial role in bidding for various projects.
