Jake Pickering

Jake Pickering is an experienced professional with a strong background in business development and partnerships. Currently serving as Head of Global Partnerships & BD at Pelorus since May 2022, Jake manages the Pelorus Global Partnership Network, enhancing customer experiences. As a Co-Founder of Nights On Us, a non-profit initiative rewarding NHS workers with hotel experiences, Jake contributes to the hospitality industry's community-building efforts. Prior roles include Business Development Manager at Studio Black Tomato and The Black Tomato Agency, where impactful brand experiences were created. Jake began a career in finance at deVere Group and gained early experience as a Legal Assistant while pursuing a law degree at Northumbria University.
